Return Policy

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package for a refund, store credit, or exchange! Please note that the package needs to be postmarked by the 14th day and does NOT need to arrive at our warehouse by the 14th day.
  • All items returned must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.
  • No returns will be accepted on garments with excessive animal hair, makeup or deodorant stains; please be cautious of this when trying on your items! Swimwear is returnable as long as the hygienic liner is still intact and the original tags are attached.
  • All final sale items, accessories, vintage, bodysuits & intimates are NOT eligible to be returned.
  • A $7.99 return shipping cost will either be deducted from your refund, or charged at the time you go to place your exchange!

Q: How long does it take for my item to ship out of your warehouse?

A: Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. We ship out packages Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We DO NOT ship out packages on weekends. 

During Covid-19 shipping delays may occur.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: Yes, we offer 1-2 business day shipping. Any order placed after 3pm EST using expedited shipping will be shipped out the following business day. 

Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?

A: Yes, we do! Please note that we are not responsible for fees related to international customers paying to receive their packages.

Q: Where do you ship out of?

A: We ship out of Long Island, New York! 

Q: My package says it was delivered, but I haven’t received it yet. What should I do?

A: Sometimes the status of delivery will update a bit prematurely. In the meantime, please check with your family members, neighbor or roommate to make sure they didn’t receive your package. Often when a customer can’t find a package it’s usually because someone else brought it in or a neighbor accidentally received it. If that is not the case you can email us at help@greybandit.com.

Please note: We will always do our best to assist you when there is a missing package however, after the package has been shipped it is in the hands of UPS or USPS to deliver it to you as we do not have any control over the mail service.

    We now offer instant exchanges! You can exchange an item HERE. You do so by using the Instant Voucher code given at the time your return is processed. Apply the free shipping code given once your return is processed to ensure you receive your free shipping on your exchanged order!

    Q: What is your holiday return policy?

    Items purchased during our Winter Blowout Sale, Warehouse Sale, Easter Sale, Memorial Day Weekend Sale, Fourth of July Sale, Labor Day Weekend Sale, Halloween Sale, Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale, and all of our End of Year Sales are eligible to return for STORE CREDIT AND EXCHANGE ONLY. You cannot return items from orders placed during these specific sales for a refund.

    Q: Why is my item “not available for return?”

    All final sale items, accessories, bodysuits & intimates are not eligible to be returned. All orders purchased exceeding the 14 day return period are not eligible for return. 

    Q: How long will it take to receive my refund?

    Once your return package arrives at our warehouse please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed. Once we process the return the refund can take 7-10 business days to show on your statement.
