• Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package for a refund, store credit, or exchange! Some exclusions apply - please be aware of the return stipulation associated with special sales and discount codes offered before purchasing. Please note that the package needs to be postmarked by the 14th day and does NOT need to arrive at our warehouse by the 14th day.
• All items returned must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.
• No returns will be accepted on garments with excessive animal hair, makeup or deodorant stains; please be cautious of this when trying on your items! Swimwear is returnable as long as the hygienic liner is still intact and the original tags are attached.
• All final sale items, accessories, vintage, bodysuits & intimates are NOT eligible to be returned.
• We inspect all returns upon receipt! If it is clear your item(s) been worn, damaged, altered, tags removed, or if a final sale item is sent back, we will notify you and that item(s) will be returned to you.
• A $9.99 return shipping cost will either be deducted from your refund, or charged at the time you go to place your exchange!

Items purchased during our Winter Blowout sale, Warehouse sale, Easter sale, Memorial Day Weekend sale, Fourth of July sale, Labor Day Weekend sale, Halloween sale, Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale, and all of our end of year sales are eligible to return for store credit or exchange only. You cannot return items from orders placed during these specific sales for a refund.

Items placed between November 14th through December 25th have until January 9th to process their return request!

Exchanges are limited to exchange the same item in a different size! If you would like to receive a completely different item in place of the one you are returning, you must return and then repurchase that new item.
Your new order will be shipped out within 24-48 hours once your return has been dropped off and scanned by the carrier! The quicker you send back your return, the quicker you will receive your new package.

Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed. Once we process the return, the refund can take up to 7-10 business days to show on your statement! If you chose to be refunded in the form of store credit, the credit will be issued to your email as soon as your return is processed.

Add insurance to your order to protect from damage, theft, or lost shipments! Please note: in order to purchase insurance, you must check out online, not through our Grey Bandit app.
Any order placed that is lost without the added shipping insurance at checkout, does not qualify for a replacement/compensation.
Sometimes the status of delivery will update a bit prematurely. In the meantime, please check with your family members, neighbor or roommate to make sure they didn’t receive your package. Often when a customer can’t find a package it’s usually because someone else brought it in or a neighbor accidentally received it. If that is not the case you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org!
When you do send us an email regarding a package not being delivered, we will confirm your address with you, as well as ask you to to file a claim with the mail service.
Please note: We will always do our best to assist you when there is a missing package however, after the package has shipped it is in the hands of UPS or USPS to deliver it to you as we do not have any control over the mail service. Any order that is lost and was placed without the added shipping insurance, does not qualify for a replacement.

Yes! Points get added to your account when you purchase a gift card. However, you do not earn points when you are checking out using a gift card to purchase your order.

Platinum Ave is the destination of your dreams, where you become an official Platinum Member. Once you spend $750, you arrive on Platinum Ave., getting an automatic 100 points! Sizing is standard unless otherwise stated in the product description. For your convenience, we're working on adding measurement info to every product.
