Do you do exchanges?
If you need a different size in an item you will have to place another order and return the item that did not fit correctly. You will be fully refunded for your return as soon as it is received.
The item I received is damaged. What should I do?
On the rare occasion that this happens, please send us an email and we will provide a return label for you. As soon as we receive the damaged item, we will ship you a new one in the same size, as long as we still have it in stock. Otherwise, you will be fully refunded for your order.
I need to change or cancel my order. How can I do that?
To change or cancel your order, you will have to send an email to us right away (firstname.lastname@example.org), as we do ship our packages out quickly.
If you placed an order and want to change something (i.e., different size, change/fix the address, etc.), please send us an email and we will do it for you. Note: we cannot add an item to an already placed order.
If you want to cancel an order, please email us and we will cancel it for you. Once an order is shipped out, it cannot be cancelled. You will have to return it yourself.
My package says it was delivered but I have not received it yet. What do I do?
First, double check with a family member or roommate to make sure someone else did not bring in your package.
Second, ask a neighbor if they accidentally received your package as this has happened before.
Third, you might receive a notification that your package was delivered, but it shows up the next day. If you receive a delivery notification and do not receive your package within 1-2 days of receiving that notification, please send us an email and we will try our best to locate your package for you.
How do I become a brand ambassador?
At this time we do not have a brand ambassador program. It is something we are working on and will announce when we are ready to.
How long will it take for my credit card to be refunded?
After your return is processed with us, it can take 7-10 business days for your refund to show up on your card. If you notice after 10 business days that the refund has still not shown up on your card, please send us an email to email@example.com.
Do you have free returns?
We do not currently offer free returns unless there is an issue with your order. However, it is something we are working on!
Can I still apply a coupon code after my order is already placed?
Once your order has been placed we cannot apply a coupon code. However, you can use that code on your next order as long as the code is still available for use.
