• Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package for a refund or store credit/exchange! Please note that the package needs to be postmarked by the 14th day and does NOT need to arrive at our warehouse by the 14th day.
• All items returned must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.
• No returns will be accepted on garments with makeup or deodorant stains; please be cautious of this when trying on your items! Swimwear is returnable as long as the hygienic liner is still intact and the original tags are attached.
• All final sale items, accessories, bodysuits & intimates are NOT eligible to be returned.

Items purchased during our winter blowout sale, warehouse sale, easter sale, memorial day weekend sale, fourth of july sale, labor day weekend sale, halloween sale, black friday/cyber monday sale, and all of our end of year sales are eligible to return for store credit and exchange only.You cannot return items from orders placed during these specific sales for a refund.
All final sale items, accessories, bodysuits & intimates are not eligible to be returned. All orders purchased exceeding the 14 day return period are not eligible for return.
Once your return package arrives at our warehouse please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed. Once we process the return the refund can take 7-10 business days to show on your statement.

Yes! You can exchange an item here. When you go to the link provided, please enter your order number and shipping zip code. After you input your order information, it will give you the option to do an exchange/return.
At this time we do not offer free returns/exchanges. Once you fill out our return/exchange portal, you will receive an email with the return label and your Instant Voucher code. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Sizing is standard unless otherwise stated in the product description. For reference, we provide an approximate size guide on each product page.
When an item sells out you do have the option of signing up for email restock notifications. We try our best to restock items however, we recommend purchasing an item right away as we can’t always restock our products!

We currently offer free U.S. shipping on orders that are $100 or more.

If you placed an order and want to change something (i.e., different size, change/fix the address, etc.), please send us an email as soon as possible and we will do it for you as long as your order hasn’t already been processed.
Note: we cannot add an item to an already placed order.
Sometimes the status of delivery will update a bit prematurely. In the meantime, please check with your family members, neighbor or roommate to make sure they didn’t receive your package. Often when a customer can’t find a package it’s usually because someone else brought it in or a neighbor accidentally received it. If that is not the case you can email us at email@example.com!
When you do send us an email regarding a package not being delivered, we will confirm your address with you, as well as ask you to to file a claim with the mail service.
Please note: We will always do our best to assist you when there is a missing package however, after the package has shipped it is in the hands of UPS or USPS to deliver it to you as we do not have any control over the mail service.
After your return is processed with us, it can take 7-10 business days for your refund to show up on your card. If you notice after 10 business days that the refund has still not shown up on your card, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please allow one business day for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. We only ship out packages Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship out packages on weekends.
