Yes! You can exchange an item here. When you go to that link please enter your order number and email. After you input your order information it will give you the option to do an exchange/return.
At this time we do not offer free returns/exchanges. For returns, once you fill out our return/exchange portal, you will receive an email with the return label. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges, once you fill out our return/exchange portal, you will NOT receive an email with a return label for an exchange. You will have to purchase a return label on your own for an exchange.
Sizing is standard unless otherwise stated in the product description. For reference, we provide an approximate size guide on each product page.
When an item sells out you do have the option of signing up for email restock notifications. We try our best to restock items however, we recommend purchasing an item right away as we can’t always restock our products!

Yes! We normally offer free U.S. standard shipping unless stated otherwise during a sale.
If you would like to cancel your order please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of placing your order.
If you placed an order and want to change something (i.e., different size, change/fix the address, etc.), please send us an email as soon as possible and we will do it for you as long as your order hasn’t already been processed.
Note: we cannot add an item to an already placed order.
Sometimes the status of delivery will update a bit prematurely. In the meantime, please check with your family members, neighbor or roommate to make sure they didn’t receive your package. Often when a customer can’t find a package it’s usually because someone else brought it in or a neighbor accidentally received it. If that is not the case you can email us at email@example.com!
When you do send us an email regarding a package not being delivered, we will confirm your address with you, as well as ask you to to file a claim with the mail service.
Please note: We will always do our best to assist you when there is a missing package however, after the package has shipped it is in the hands of UPS or USPS to deliver it to you as we do not have any control over the mail service.
After your return is processed with us, it can take 7-10 business days for your refund to show up on your card. If you notice after 10 business days that the refund has still not shown up on your card, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please allow one business day for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. We only ship out packages Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship out packages on weekends.
