Q: How do I start the return process?

Please note that we do NOT cover the cost to return an item(s) back to our warehouse. The cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund at the time we process your return. 

Q: What is your return policy?

Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package for store credit, exchange, or a refund. Please note that the package needs to be postmarked by the 14th day and does NOT need to arrive at our warehouse by the 14th day. 

  • All items returned must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.

  • No returns will be accepted on garments with makeup or deodorant stains; please be cautious of this when trying on your items!

  • Swimwear is returnable as long as the hygienic liner is still intact and the original tags are attached.

  • All final sale items, accessories, bodysuits & intimates are NOT eligible to be returned.

  • NOTE: Shipping cost is NOT refundable.

Q: How do exchanges work?

You can exchange an item here. Once your return is approved you will receive an email with our return address. PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited quantities we cannot guarantee that we will have your requested size to exchange. If your requested item is sold out at the time we receive your return, we will automatically issue a store credit. 

Q: What is your holiday return policy?

Items purchased during our Winter Blowout Sale, Warehouse Sale, Easter Sale, Memorial Day Weekend Sale, Fourth of July Sale, Labor Day Weekend Sale, Halloween Sale, Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale, and all of our End of Year Sales are eligible to return for STORE CREDIT ONLY. You cannot return items from orders placed during these specific sales for a refund.

Q: Why is my item “not available for return?”

All final sale items, accessories, bodysuits & intimates are not eligible to be returned. All orders purchased exceeding the 14 day return period are not eligible for return. 

Q: How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your return package arrives at our warehouse please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed. Once we process the return the refund can take 7-10 business days to show on your statement.
