• Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package for a refund, store credit, or exchange! Some exclusions apply - please be aware of the return stipulation associated with special sales and discount codes offered before purchasing. Please note that the package needs to be postmarked by the 14th day and does NOT need to arrive at our warehouse by the 14th day. Please refer to our holiday return policy for orders placed after November 1st 2024!

• All items returned must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. 

• No returns will be accepted on garments with excessive animal hair, makeup or deodorant stains; please be cautious of this when trying on your items! Swimwear is returnable as long as the hygienic liner is still intact and the original tags are attached.

• All final sale items, accessories, vintage, bodysuits & intimates are NOT eligible to be returned.

• We inspect all returns upon receipt! If it is clear your item(s) been worn, damaged, altered, tags removed, or if a final sale item is sent back, that item(s) will be disposed of or returned back to you.

• A $9.99 return shipping cost will either be deducted from your refund, or charged at the time you go to place your exchange!

Items purchased during our Winter Blowout sale, Warehouse sale, Easter sale, Memorial Day Weekend sale, Fourth of July sale, Labor Day Weekend sale, Halloween sale, Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale, and all of our end of year sales are eligible to return for store credit or exchange only. You cannot return items from orders placed during these specific sales for a refund.

If eligible, items placed between November 1st through December 25th have until January 10th to process their return request!

Exchanges are limited to exchange the same item in a different size! If you would like to receive a completely different item in place of the one you are returning, you must return and then repurchase that new item.

Your new order will be shipped out within 24-48 hours once your return has been dropped off and scanned by the carrier! The quicker you send back your return, the quicker you will receive your new package.

Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed. Once we process the return, the refund can take up to 7-10 business days to show on your statement! If you chose to be refunded in the form of store credit, the credit will be issued to your email as soon as your return is processed.

All final sale items, accessories, bodysuits & intimates are not eligible to be returned. All orders purchased exceeding the 14 day return period are not eligible for return.

When a product is tagged with “final sale,” it cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or an exchange.

Yes, we offer 1-2 business day shipping. Any order placed after 1 PM EST using expedited shipping will be shipped out the following business day. Please note, all shipping timeframes are based on business days. This includes standard shipping, priority shipping, express shipping, and international shipping.

**Shipping fees will not be refunded if your order does not arrive in the estimated delivery window. This includes severe weather conditions and COVID-19 delays.**

Once shipped out, US standard shipping can take up to 7-10 business days to be delivered! For international shipping times, please refer to the shipping page before checkout.

Please note: shipping to Guam, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico can take up to 15 business days.

Add insurance to your order to protect from damage, theft, or lost shipments! Please note: in order to purchase insurance, you must check out online, not through our Grey Bandit app.

Any order placed that is lost without the added shipping insurance at checkout, does not qualify for a replacement.

Sometimes the status of delivery will update a bit prematurely. In the meantime, please check with your family members, neighbor or roommate to make sure they didn’t receive your package. Often when a customer can’t find a package it’s usually because someone else brought it in or a neighbor accidentally received it. If that is not the case you can email us at help@greybandit.com!

When you do send us an email regarding a package not being delivered, we will confirm your address with you, as well as ask you to to file a claim with the mail service.

Please note: We will always do our best to assist you when there is a missing package however, after the package has shipped it is in the hands of UPS or USPS to deliver it to you as we do not have any control over the mail service. Any order that is lost and was placed without the added shipping insurance, does not qualify for a replacement.

Yes - a minimum of $50+ has to be spent in order to redeem your points.
Please note, your subtotal has to add up to $50+ before shipping and taxes.

If you redeem your points and don’t copy and paste the discount code at checkout right away, no problem! Just log in to your account and go to your rewards history. The discount code will be there for you to copy again!

Yes! Points get added to your account when you purchase a gift card. However, you do not earn points when you are checking out using a gift card to purchase your order.

Points only get added to your account once your friend checks out using the link sent by you!

When items are returned, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your point balance.

If you are returning an order in full, you will receive those points spent back in your Bandit Babe Rewards account.

At this time we do not offer free returns or exchanges. Once you fill out our return/exchange portal, you will receive an email with the return label. A $9.99 return shipping cost will either be deducted from your refund, or charged at the time you go to place your exchange!

Once we receive the order returned back to us, we will reach out directly to the customer. If the order is international, a refund for the returned items will automatically be issued

Please note, return to senders can take several weeks to process and be returned back.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer price adjustments to previous orders. We are such a small company and in order to offer higher discounts, we have to stick to our policies and procedures as much as possible!

Sizing is standard unless otherwise stated in the product description. For your convenience, we're working on adding measurement info to every product.

• High amounts of chlorine and salt water can damage/cause fading to your swimsuit - make sure to hand wash after use

• Tanning oils, sunscreens, and fake tanning can stain or damage your bikini

When an item sells out you have the option of signing up for email restock notifications. We try our best to restock items! However, we recommend purchasing an item right away as we can’t always restock our products.

We currently offer free U.S. shipping on orders that are $150 or more.

After your return is processed with us, it can take 7-10 business days for your refund to show up on your card. If you notice after 10 business days that the refund has still not shown up on your card, please send us an email to help@greybandit.com.

If you receive an item that is damaged in any way, please email help@greybandit.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo so our team can see what you are referring to!
