Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy: 

  • Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package for a refund, store credit, or exchange! Some exclusions apply - please be aware of the return stipulation associated with special sales and discount codes offered before purchasing. Please note that the package needs to be postmarked by the 14th day and does NOT need to arrive at our warehouse by the 14th day. 
  • All items returned must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.
  • No returns will be accepted on garments with excessive animal hair, makeup or deodorant stains; please be cautious of this when trying on your items! Swimwear is returnable as long as the hygienic liner is still intact and the original tags are attached.
  • All final sale items, accessories, vintage, bodysuits & intimates are NOT eligible to be returned.
  • A $9.99 return shipping cost will either be deducted from your refund, or charged at the time you go to place your exchange.
  • NOTE: Shipping cost is NOT refundable.

Holiday Sales:

Items purchased during our winter blowout sale/winter super sale, warehouse sale, easter sale, memorial day weekend sale, fourth of july sale, labor day weekend sale, halloween sale, black friday/cyber monday sale, and all of our end of year sales are eligible to return for store credit only. You cannot return items from orders placed during these specific sales for a refund.

Extended Holiday Return Window:
Items placed between November 21st through December 25th have until January 10th to process their return request!
