Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. We only ship out packages Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship out packages on weekends.
Return Policy
- Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package for a refund, store credit, or exchange! Some exclusions apply - please be aware of the return stipulation associated with special sales and discount codes offered before purchasing. Please note that the package needs to be postmarked by the 14th day and does NOT need to arrive at our warehouse by the 14th day.
- All items returned must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.
- No returns will be accepted on garments with excessive animal hair, makeup or deodorant stains; please be cautious of this when trying on your items! Swimwear is returnable as long as the hygienic liner is still intact and the original tags are attached.
- All final sale items, accessories, vintage, bodysuits & intimates are NOT eligible to be returned.
- A $9.99 return shipping cost will either be deducted from your refund, or charged at the time you go to place your exchange!

I am 8-10, ordered a large, and it fits oversized but not too oversized. Thick, soft, comfortable, cozy, the knit is adorable, but oh my lord it pills so fast. I have only had it 2 weeks and it is pilling so bad, especially where the sleeves rub the body. I knew with acrylic it would pill a little, but I am surprised with how fast it is pilling while just wearing it around the house. Anyway, I like the style and coziness but just keep the pilling in mind.

The quality is even better than I expected it’s so heavy and has the perfect oversized fit. I sized up one but you could definitely buy your normal size and still have it be big

I have been searching for a good knitted hoodie (cheeses sisters and seekers, essentials, comfort, etc. . ) and the second I saw this I knew I had to but it. SO GLAD I DID! It’s so comfortable and oversized I get compliments on it left and right. If you’re thinking of buying it. Don’t think! Just do it!
