Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. We only ship out packages Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship out packages on weekends.

• Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package for a refund, store credit, or exchange! Some exclusions apply - please be aware of the return stipulation associated with special sales and discount codes offered before purchasing. Please note that the package needs to be postmarked by the 14th day and does NOT need to arrive at our warehouse by the 14th day.
• All items returned must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.
• No returns will be accepted on garments with excessive animal hair, makeup or deodorant stains; please be cautious of this when trying on your items! Swimwear is returnable as long as the hygienic liner is still intact and the original tags are attached.
• All final sale items, accessories, vintage, bodysuits & intimates are NOT eligible to be returned.
• A $9.99 return shipping cost will either be deducted from your refund, or charged at the time you go to place your exchange!
