Return Policy
- Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package for a refund, store credit, or exchange! Some exclusions apply - please be aware of the return stipulation associated with special sales and discount codes offered before purchasing. Please note that the package needs to be postmarked by the 14th day and does NOT need to arrive at our warehouse by the 14th day.
- All items returned must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.
- No returns will be accepted on garments with excessive animal hair, makeup or deodorant stains; please be cautious of this when trying on your items! Swimwear is returnable as long as the hygienic liner is still intact and the original tags are attached.
- All final sale items, accessories, vintage, bodysuits & intimates are NOT eligible to be returned.
- A $9.99 return shipping cost will either be deducted from your refund, or charged at the time you go to place your exchange!

this is the worst quality sweater ive ever received
started pillimg IMMEDIATELY and leaves lint all over my other clothes.
its also not warm
wayyy too oversized

I can't express how much I love this sweater!! It is so comfy, it is extremely thick material, and I just can't wait for the cold weather because I get to wear this sweater. I ordered it in a large, I am 5'4 and around 150 lbs, so a large fits oversized in the best way possible. The sleeves are long on me, but I usually just fold them and it looks super cute!! If you are willing to spend the money, I definitely would go with this item because it is so perfect for the winter time. I even wore it in December when going to a tree farm, and I put a layer or two underneath and I was so warm it was perfect!!

I got an ad for this cute butter yellow sweater on Instagram. I'm so glad I got one! The quality is very nice, and the fit is oversized - just as described :) for reference, I got a size S and I'm 5'6", 28" waist and 32C bust. The sweater hits right above my hips, not too cropped in my opinion, which is what I prefer. Girlie go get one you'll look so cute!
